Design and initiate tailor-made program of special event and meetings, supervise meeting procedure, position appropriate manpower to ensure the event/meeting meets the expectation of company and distributors.
[Key Responsibilities and Performance Objectives]
⚫Supervise and participate in the set-up and take-down of company event. Collect business intelligence, consumer insight and market information for program designed. Follow necessary procedures of event operations.
⚫Survey and assess vendors through the budget control and correlation procedures, including responsible for bidding process as to well track and record event spent.
⚫Schedule designated calendar, serve as inventory control for event management materials, also to build up event database to ensure its accuracy, validity and timeliness of information release. responsible for sales-driven purpose trip or event.
⚫Ensure event policy and practice are consistent with HQ, more to assist company in conveying company policies, and to establish good relationship with distributors and vendors.
⚫Support travel & evening/weekend responsibilities during events.

⚫ Education background: University graduated or above.
⚫ Minimum relevant requirements:At least 3-year working experiences in MICE industry or relevant to event /incentive tour planning.
⚫ Special Skill Requirement:Proficient PC skills, creative, well organized and detail minded. Proof of performance on distribution planning, project management and channel management.
⚫ Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
⚫Most challenging part of the job: Creative and can work under pressure. Ability to interact, communicate and organize effectively.
