• Purpose:
• This position is to assist Team Lead of Enterprise Application to support SCM – Supplier Chain Management,
• HCM & Payroll – Human Capital Management, BPM – Business Process Management to ensure seamless system services with minimum interruption.
• As an experienced developer, the role needs to work closely with the other Technology functional teams to develop, test, document, maintain and upgrade applications to deliver internal/integrated system services. This individual also interfaces with users to assist in the implementation of the Technology Service Request. The role also needs to coach the entry level programmer when needed.

• Maintain and support enterprise applications, provide integration development by studying business needs; conferring with users; analyzing system flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problems areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Assist Team Lead of Enterprise Application to maintain and modify the existing systems, and evaluate the possibility of performance improvement and security enhancement.
• Process Technology Service Requests and ensure the completion time meets the Technology service level.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing technical specifications, change requests, flow charts, layout, and testing scenarios.
• Control development processes to ensure its compliance with SDLC from user requirements, systems analysis, development, QA, and Go-Live support to deliver quality IT solutions
• Carry various forms of software quality assurance test - unit, integration, and volume to ensure software quality.
• As required or assigned, confer with other IT professionals to resolve problems with systems or application software
• Assist in the installation of system or application software.
• Support and develops programmers by providing advice and training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education:Bachelor or above, IT (Computer science) 

Related Experience:

• 1+ years application development experience using .NET or Java
• 1+ years experiences working in relational database programming
• 1+ years experiences designing and working n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) alone with SOA(Service Oriented Architecture

• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and planning ability
