Summary
Java application developer and software project leader for the trading system of the global and local renowned investment banks.
Key Duties – Project Implementation
- Lead the application business solutions including analyzing and identifying customer needs, communicating and seeking endorsement for the driven projects.
- Design, Drive and Develop the new applications based on the need of the client.
- Application maintenance and enhancement
- Work with team to ensure that all aspects of each project are closely monitored. This should include planning, procurement and supervision.
- Work with team to ensure that all projects are completed within agreed timescales.
- Work with team to ensure that company procedures are adhered to and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and concise reports and document.
Key Duties – Customer Service
- Customer Liaison – to liaise with customer contacts regarding planned work and fault rectification. Keeping both the service desk/line manager and customer fully informed of status of work/issue.
- Fault Rectification – to identify, rectify and escalate when necessary, all faults on application platform where Jyou Jyou Information Systems services.
- Support – to provide technical support and supervise escalation procedures when necessary.
- Communication – communicate with potential customer and coworker clearly, effectively, and professionally. To liaise with external parties/technician of principal (original manufacturer) where necessary.
- Perform overtime duties based on the requests
