Responsibility

• Provide customer support via written communication channels in English.
• Analyze situations and resolve customer problems.
• Collaborate with internal project departments to resolve customer issues.
• Encourage active participation, advocate for the brand, and establish a loyal community.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings to the community and to reach measurable value.
• Support marketing's educational content creation.
• Identity opportunities to expand the community base, increase loyalty, and reduce churn rate.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record with at least 1 year of experience in customer support, community management, and related roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse online communities.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms including Discord, Telegram, etc.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing user concerns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from community data and metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of web3, blockchain or cryptocurrency industry or domain would be an advantage.
