【工作內容】
全職、工作地點：台北
- 根據市場趨勢與競爭對手分析，分階段定義目標用戶
- 規劃國際市場行銷策略與執行計畫
- 執行產品或品牌之行銷計畫，以及媒體投放
- 聯繫適當的媒體人，定期產出相關原生文章
- 收集市場回饋及數據審視行銷成效
- 定期彙整資訊，提供產品行銷方向建議

We are looking for a highly motivated marketing manager to join our regional marketing team. The role will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of our Digital Marketing strategy across SEO paid ads (including retargeting, display), and potentially email. A strong understanding of AI-related industries is essential, as you may build an active and effective global influencer tribe, and varied KOL pools to collaborate for the brand and project to reach the global stage.

It is a Full-time position based in Taipei, Taiwan.
■ Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement from industry and market trends and best practices.
■ Collaborate with the regional teams to plan, create, and implement the digital marketing strategy targeting the international marketplace.
■ Operate online issues and monitor campaign outcomes to bring traffics on media and online social networks.
■ Buildａcontent pipeline, contact, and work with media writers to generate quality content concerning similar industries.
■ Develope and optimize cross campaign media strategy based on data analysis, customers’ insight, and media environment.
■ Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance.

- 精通英文
- 具備 4 年以上數位行銷經驗
- 媒體投放經驗（e.g. FB, IG, Twitter）
- 熟悉行銷效益追蹤工具（e.g. GTM, GA）

【加分條件】
- 軟體產業經驗
- 熟悉國內外AI、聊天機器人、行銷分析工具等 SaaS 商業模式
- 國際行銷經驗
- 快速應變與適應的能力

Job Qualifications:
■ Native or excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
■ 4+ years of digital marketing communications or related field, with some of that spent on technology businesses.
■ Experience in digital channel implementation, communication or brand strategy (e.g., Facebook page, Facebook group, Instagram or Twitter）
■ Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyze broader business and digital data utilizing industry tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or similar)

Preferred Qualifications
■ Working knowledge of software development practices and data technologies to communicate across multiple teams.
■ 2+ years of experience driving opportunities to accelerate AI technology, Chatbot, digital analysis tool, or related SaaS.
■ 2+ years of relevant experience in an International Marketing capacity.
■ Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done with a fluid ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
