Introduction to the job The Sourcing Lead is responsible for the overall relationship between ASML and a set of its key suppliers. Current suppliers will be managed for QLTCS (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost and Sustainability) performance, while potential new suppliers will be discovered for future business as needed. This position requires a combination of skills in strategic thinking, leadership, initiative, professional communication, financial/business analysis, and is greatly aided by

1.Define product roadmap and product positioning through market research 2.Develop product and market trends and define product/sales strategies 3.Gather market information and conduct competitor analysis 4.To discover new applications and trends to seek possibilities to enlarge sales volumes from existing and potential channels 5.Team up with associates in regional sales and cross-function teams.
