-Sales meetings for all products -Customer Success (making sure they‘re having a good service, resolving complaints, etc)- -Additional Cross Selling -Working with product teams to create more appealing products -Creating new sales channels -Attend marketing events -Working with marketing to create appealing campaigns -Contributes to team efforts on related projects

Experiences are required as below: 1. 5+ years project management experiences. 2. Preferable if served in vendor site and can well manage customer expectations to close the project effectively. 3. Understand objection handling and have business requirement analysis skills. 4. Understands how project implementation methodology can be defined to successfully deliver different projects.

Identify and establish a sales pipeline. Cold calling to engage supply chain clients Proactively work with customers to identify barriers to successful adoption and work to put in place plans to improve adoption. Be an escalation point for customer issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve quickly. Proactively communicate with customers in a timely manner on issue status and resolution. Serve as the voice of the customer to inform the product and customer-facing business

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and roadmap Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sales teams, and senior executives, to understand their needs and develop marketing programs that support their goals.
