Bạn sẽ đồng hành cùng Bộ phận Tuyển dụng của HIMCOM, phụ trách về các hoạt động tuyển dụng của Khối Mass tại Công ty và các đối tác (nhóm ngành: Retail, FMCG, PG/PB/Merchandiser,...) – Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu tuyển dụng của Line Manager và các phòng ban trong Công ty, lập các kế hoạch tuyển dụng, điều phối và tổ chức thực hiện các kế hoạch; – Trực tiếp phỏng vấn ứng viên

Design and develop services which can hanlde a massive amount of data Design good database considering functional and non-functional requirements Write clean and maintainable code Improve code by continuous refactoring Monitor application performance and fix system failures Train junior/middle members

Develop toB applications having a massive amount of data from scratch Participate in whole development process including coding, testing, deployment, CI/CD Design a complex architecture which includes API linkage to external systems Quickly fix system failures or abnormalities by monitoring or notifications Introduce tools, systems and cultures for efficient development Develop fundamental skills of team members
