Perform quality review of technical documentation for accuracy and compliance Test current products and identifying deficiencies Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement Oversee continuous improvement projects

Work closely with the product team, including Product Managers, Developers, and team of QA engineers right from the inception of features to design test plans (e.g. functional test, regression test, acceptance test, stress test) on Odoo. Own the communication throughout the sprint/release cycle, as well as the quality and delivery of the entire feature on Odoo. Execute test plans (manual or automate) and analyze the results. - Support AI, Automation, Research (Analysing, labelling and annotating, providing improvement suggestions, preparing content and materials); - Support in creating Project documentation (Requirement Document, Business Flow, Business Content/Video creation, Testing scenario etc); - Support Operational Task (debugging, user support, collect feedback etc); - Conduct QA testing.
