職務影響力 提升生產製造製程的效能，導入最佳化的製程技術與方法論，建立高效能與嚴謹的製程以提升生產品質、降低生產成本、提升產量與效率，為設計變更提出有洞見的解決方案，促進跨團隊合作的共識，達到營運的目標。 工作內容 • 新機種開發、設計與採購製程設備及導入製程規劃，並啟動對新設備、工具及工廠基礎設施修改的審查。 • 訂定開發階段製造流程圖、SOP、PFMEA、管制計畫、製程品質確認表、M-BOM、零件式樣點檢表並定期維護與更新。 • 釐清問題、提出暫時防堵對策、主導執行真因分析、提出長期改善對策與評估改善之效益分析、有效掌控導入時程並完整記錄驗證改善成效。 • 主導製程與設計兩大方面的改善，協助廠商來料問題調查 。 • 進行海外產品移轉、設備移轉、製程品質移轉訓練及相關物料清單(BOM)彙整。 • 為達到製造生產需求設計生產治工具。 • 主導工程設計變更暨製程變更案的導入，包含人員訓練、機台設備調整、變更物料試作暨導入流程監控與MES系統維護。 • 準備年度ISO稽核所需資料備查。
