開發DVT階段產品驗證與認證測試之軟體 開發NPI產品測試軟體,包括PCBA,BURN-IN需求 協助開發與維護WhiteBox交換機產品軟體/驅動 協助支援產品性能驗證測試

Responsible for BIOS server project and co-work with other function team for motherboard porting. Develop x86 BIOS feature, including RAS, redfish, IPMI, … etc, according to customer request. Coordinate with EE/vendor to narrow down problems, provide root cause, and patch for BIOS issues. Study and develop new technical knowledge, participate BIOS design, and write related guide.

Develop applications and drivers for SoC Embedded Linux. Design and implement features for server firmware. Configure, port, fine-tune, and design telemetry for sensor drivers. Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues. Execute server unit tests to ensure firmware quality. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional validation teams.

領導團隊工作規劃、目標制訂與分派、軟韌體資源管理。 MCU韌體設計，自動控制、LED控制、警報器韌體設計。 規劃團隊短中長期目標、帶領團隊技術能力提升。 系統介面規劃、軟韌體、硬體整合。

協助審查或定義可實現需求的相關硬體設計 依需求實現功能與相關文件 制定任務目標，分派給同仁 依照案子計畫，準時完成案子 課級主管職缺，轄下管理3-5人

開發 BMC 相關韌體 AMI BMC code base porting SDR, FRU, PEF, fan profile, H/W monitor,…. Settings AMI BMC Web 修改

薪資結構：14 + 2~3 (上下半年各一次 看績效表現，春節前會發) 產品：switch, 白牌 server 偏向防火牆類的server, IPC sustaining 目前BMC 團隊：5+1 研發 準時上下班（6:30以前下班）、穩定度高 產線在對面大樓，不用出差 公司用
