Collaborate with Employer Branding team to design internal communication & employer brand social media activation content. Participate in creative ideation and content production processes Producing fresh, dynamic videos and graphic design materials Develop designs for promotions, campaigns, in the form of both digital and printed formats

Create social media contents in multiple social-related platforms. Actively test and analyze keywords, ad copy, creatives, placements and landing pages to increase CTR, CPA and ROI. Communicate key metrics, goal attainment and optimization opportunities to a greater team. Work closely with VP, PM and CS to achieve marketing milestones.
