Mengidentifikasi piutang yang belum terbayarkan. Menyelidiki data historis untuk setiap piutang dan utang. Menghubungi klien untuk bertanya tentang pembayaran yang telah jatuh tempo. Mengingatkan klien beberapa hari sebelum jatuh tempo pembayaran utang. Memproses pembayaran piutang dari klien. Mengatasi masalah penagihan dan kredit yang bermasalah. Melaporkan aktivitas pengumpulan dan status piutang yang berhasil dibayarkan.

Menawarkan produk-produk Adira Finance kepada nasabah yang sudah ada maupun yang baru. Menginformasikan tanggal jatuh tempo, lokasi pembayaran, dan hal-hal yang perlu diketahui konsumen. Mendapatkan order dari dealer, melakukan initial data, memverifikasi dan melengkapi dokumen nasabah dan aplikasi kredit. Memantau kemajuan aplikasi kredit nasabah dan menginformasikan keputusan kredit kepada dealer dan nasabah.
