Job Description •To assist in generating sales lead via various online and offline marketing activities with minimal cost. • To assist in designing marketing activities and decide marketing spending in each type of activities (such as but not limit to exhibition, seminar, customer relationship building, digital marketing, and direct marketing) in order to maximize sales lead generation. • To assist in managing and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management system to keep information up to date

1. Notebook product management including but not limited to i. Project and issue failure analysis schedule management ii. Customer relationship management iii. Primary point of contact on customer's technical inquires and solutions. 2. Enable/ bridge communication between HQ and customers to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction. 3. Major point of contact for technical discussions/queries from customers.
