Handle regular inquiries and reply customer on time. Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer. Communicate and coordinate with customers to confirm demand. Nurture Market Qualified Leads and convert them to orders. Develop and actively follow up complex and value quotes. Promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services. Proactive looking for upselling opportunities. Use all the tools and systems which is relevant business process. (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Power BI
