Create visual design for clients. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs (FMCG). Research for FMCG from abroad that are suitable to be marketed in Indonesia. Expand the company business and create network with potential partners for cross-border trade and domestic markets. Build and maintain relationship with suppliers (FMCG) such as sales, partnership, promotion, purchase, etc.

Design and craft assets for the Employer Branding's design needs. Projects will include but are not limited to animation, infographics, social media posts, and posters. Translate briefs into visually developed designs that solve the objective. Work closely with Employer Branding and People & Culture Team in crafting designs for projects.

Stay on-site to ensure that everything is in place prior to, and during, the livestream. In charge of all areas of livestream production according to plan, including studio arrangement, product display, and technicality. Coordinate with the Commercial team, operator, and host for livestream campaign requirements. Maintain and improve the production process.

Promote products or services using relevant live streaming tools. Able to persuade people to buy the product. Master the product’s benefits and features before starting the livestream. Host live streaming shopping in online marketplaces, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
