Membuat rencana testing, kasus testing dan skenario testing Menjalankan testing terhadap aplikasi yang dikembangkan Membuat dokumentasi hasil testing Menemukan bug dalam software Maintenance ticket menggunakan project management Membuat requirement dan report issue ticket Membuat Dokumen Manual User Memastikan bahwa software sudah siap digunakan (User Acceptance Testing) Membantu Training ke User (Jika diperlukan)

Monitor and ensure the quality of the Go Live project from the Activation Team is in accordance with the SOP. Evaluate and audit client's satisfaction for each project. Create detailed, comprehensive & well-structured score planning aligned with OKR. Identify, record, and document the progress of every task with development tools. Create routine quality control reports and handle administrative tasks. #VCF2023
