Monitor the performance of the outlets’ crews and determine the punishment/rewards accordingly. Collect feedback from respective outlets and liaise with the respective internal departments to resolve issues / optimise operational. Arrange the shift of the crew according to the demand patterns or special occasions. Support the Expansion team to set up and onboard the equipment into new outlets and do kitchen commissioning. Support the external brands operating their cloud kitchen outlets in our H
