Mengingatkan klien beberapa hari sebelum jatuh tempo pembayaran utang. Memproses pembayaran piutang dari klien. Mengatasi masalah penagihan dan kredit yang bermasalah. Melaporkan aktivitas pengumpulan dan status piutang yang berhasil dibayarkan.
