Responsibilities:

• Make purchases related to the event, gimmick, merchandise, and other purchases
• Negotiating and looking for suppliers
• Monitoring purchases and delivery of goods
• Recording and administration of purchases
• Organize and update internal databases of suppliers, delivery time, invoices, and quality of suppliers

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Accounting
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing (preferably in events/promotions, also booth/event)
• Mastering purchasing procedures and administration well
