1.產品品質異常客訴處理 2.主導回覆 CAR (8D)並執行進度追蹤、落實管理。 3.客訴不良品維修，補、換貨處理。 4.客訴資料的統計分析、彙整及歸檔並將資料回饋給權責單位要求改善。 5.協助
