LIUPCP is an UNDP funded project. A component of the project is to build a geographical representation of the Urban Poor Settlements. In this project, I have been working as a GIS Specialist and Deputy Team Leader. My job responsibilities are as follows: • Increased productivity by supervising daily activities and performance of 10 personnel. • Developed requirements for application of GIS solution data, including graphical representations. • Designed standardized protocols for data collection, creating cohesive database input guidelines to streamline intelligence retrieval and exploitation. • Provided technical recommendations and support documentation to aid in GIS process improvement. • Analysing the surveyed data and preparing report with graphical representations

To solve the problems arises due to the rapid urbanization in Bangladesh LGED has taken "Third Urban Governance and Infrastructure Improvement (Sector)” Project. My activities are focused on- • Preparing and analyzing Survey Map using GIS • Providing GIS, spatial analysis, and spatial database management support • Supervising Survey works, collecting necessary data, compiling analyzing the data and presenting it in an understandable way using GIS. • To collect, compile, and manage spatial data of the Project • Assist the Remote Sensing Specialist to prepare the land cover land use maps

“Preparation of Action Area Plan for Narayanganj City Corporation” Project is taken by the LGED to eradicate the problems of Narayanganj in a planned way and distribute the donor fund in more systematic process. My activities are focused on- • Preparing survey map using GIS, presenting survey data to the councilors of the city corporation and consulting with them about the problems of their respective works. • Making the experts of the pourashava to be able to do data export and import of the GIS data • To collect, compile, and manage spatial data of the Project • Assist the Remote Sensing Specialist to prepare the land cover land use maps • Improving multi-user capabilities of the GIS environment • Developing Geographical data in an open format for use by other systems

• Working as an Assistant consultant on the project focusing on Social Resource Mobilization for Female empowerment • Database preparation and inventory preparation using SPSS and GIS

Digitized and prepared a GIS Database of Physical Features of Dhaka City under Regional Development Planning (RDP) Project, from June 10, 2014 to June 15, 2015.
