Eric O'Sullivan

Bartender / Managment
With the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years perfecting my passion and craft within restaurants, I believe I would be a valuable asset for a fun experience for guest and coworkers alike. While retaining food and alcohol knowledge, I believe the most important goals in the hospitality business is creating an atmosphere with comfort, personality and originality. This will help separate myself from others in the industry and in turn create repeat customers for the business. To reach those goals it is important to focus on teamwork, knowledge and a sense of pride that comes with working at a welcoming establishment.
