As a Program Manager MarketOne International, I run, manage and analyse demand generation campaigns for Enterprise IT MNCs such as Dassault Systems, Hewlett-Packard, VMware, RedHat and etc.
Accomplishments/Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, profitability, and timelines, keeping programmes on budget and on time
- Lead a team of 2 sales analysts to manage all client communications, control client expectations, ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Responsible for making recommendations to clients on best practices in marketing management
- Analysed project scope with business development and help business development close business with new and existing clients
- Create, track, and evaluate internal metrics and management reporting to identify marketing performance and effectiveness of programs and client projects
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Identify opportunities for clients through tele-discovery services
- Lead training and research activities to prepare analysts for campaigns, including understanding technical aspects of clients’ product offerings
- Hands-on experience on generating opportunities and supporting a $3M business pipeline in Korea/APAC for 2 Enterprise IT MNCs on retainer projects
