Responsible for testing hardware and operating systems, identified and documented over 200 issues in the bug tracking system, which facilitated timely resolutions and reduced the product defect rate by 25%.

The department is responsible for basic operations, monitoring the status of all customer projects on our platform.
Responsible for monitoring Windows/Linux platform indicators (PING/CPU/MEM/DISK).
Regularly test if games can be played on schedule.
Work with clients to regularly update platform and game patches.
Monitor the operation of data centers (Japan/Korea/Cloud) and cloud services.
Utilize monitoring tools (Nagios).
Determine the cause of hardware malfunctions and inform data center colleagues to carry out repairs (scanning for hardware damage or re-installing operating systems). For Windows blue screens, provide error codes to help data center colleagues identify hardware issues.

Key Contributions:

Assisted the department in reducing repetitive tasks in daily workflows.
Used scripting tools like AutoHotkey to automate regular mobile testing, reducing manual work and human error, thereby improving work efficiency.
Employed browser extensions to script the regular automatic launching of web games, further minimizing manual tasks and reducing human error to enhance efficiency.
Aided in the successful upgrade of the monitoring system (Nagios) from Centos6.
