I helped produce more than 80 B2B content pieces from scratch in the span of two years. These pieces include white papers, guidebooks, landing pages and other relevant materials to support the organization's cultivation efforts. I also collaborated with team members to update existing product sheets and helped redesign several brand assets. As the lead designer, copywriter and editor, I simplified complex concepts and turned them into easy-to-understand visuals and stories. I created multiple landing pages for both informational and lead-generation purposes. Additionally, I managed digital marketing campaigns for grant-funded programs.

I successfully implemented a social media strategy during the COVID-19 shutdown to keep the organization top of mind in the community through free wellness content. I increased engagement on Facebook by three times and doubled followers on Instagram and Pinterest. Furthermore, I developed content for four distinct departments - fitness, nutrition, weight loss and the wellness clinic - and served as the sole content producer for our organization's social channels. My ability to film and edit videos also enabled me to disseminate leadership messaging effectively.

I oversaw multiple charity initiatives and acted as the partnership project manager by successfully organizing three company-wide charity events. I revamped the organization's client gift program to improve its user experience for agents and their clients, offering better pricing and gift options. Furthermore, I expanded our digital marketing strategies by implementing interactive contests, developing marketing trend video series and implementing digital campaigns to promote services unique to the company.

One of my accomplishments was building a marketing team and establishing operation processes from scratch to streamline internal and external marketing requests. My team and I managed to decrease marketing development time and boost marketing efforts by creating an all-in-one marketing hub. The hub included: - Design services - An in-house print shop - A gift-giving program - Community outreach initiatives - Shipping solutions - Social media consultation services We collaborated with real estate professionals to establish a comprehensive marketing database to help generate leads for real estate agents. Additionally, I successfully managed the rebranding process for 500+ agents.

I served as the lead graphic designer supporting real estate agents' marketing needs. I assisted the business development team in onboarding real estate agents and was the point of contact for any administrative needs for all onboarding real estate agents. I supported the operations team in organizing multiple company-wide events throughout the year.

I had the best time serving as a writer and eventually the editor for AskMissA's Denver chapter reporting on the local arts and charity scene. My team and I helped establish its brand in the Denver scene by connecting readers with the charity scene and building relationships with nonprofit organizations.
