I am Eileen, a master's degree, a UI/UX designer majoring in service design and user experience. I have studied art design for seven years, and I have more than two years'experience in UX research. UI / UX tools are very familiar, I am also good at exploring and solving problems.



I have experience in designing web pages and APPs, but because of the Non-disclosure Agreement, I have to keep some reservations on my work. I am also studying HTML and CSS and JavaScript on my own. I am very interested in the position offered by your company. I hope I can have a chance to talk about my design face to face.

我的工作內容為：功能流程定義、使用者經驗分析、介面設計。經手的專案大約為醫療類與數位轉型類，數位轉型主要以工廠監控、材料管理類為主。

目前經手過的項目有
醫療：醫院手術控台系統、血液透析平台、隨身醫療檢測包。
數位轉型：工廠指標管理系統、產線機台監測系統、空調智能管理、空壓機群控監測、移動稽核（APP/web）、材料品質管理（APP/web）、進料檢驗監控、工廠巡檢系統（APP/web）。

Founded in 2010, it is one of the few human resource management companies in Macau with its own
information R&D technology team. I am currently a UI/UX designer in the Taiwan Design Department of
the company. I am responsible for the user experience research, design thinking, interface design and
graphic design of the northern gate of TGA.

When I was in graduate school, I found that many designers use their expertise to solve social problems, so I joined the 5% Design Action internship, mainly to help design workshops, participate in the action design process, and learn how to use design to solve problems.
