Mold design stage: • Analyze product structure to determine PL surface. • The slider is selected from the finished structural design. • The location of the plastic entry point is determined based on the finished product structure. • Improve mold life and enhance mold structure, design draft angle. • In order to reduce the shortage of finished products, a strong feed channel is designed. • Use AutoCAD to draw 2D mold processing drawings. • Use Solidworks to draw a 3D mold perspective. 2.
