- Provide technical support for our cloud-based services - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based infrastructure and services - Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud-based services - Act as a lecturer in cloud-related courses, responsible for instructing and guiding in cloud technologies and concepts. - Serve in a pre-sales capacity, promoting cloud services through the adoption and sales of cloud solutions.

Perform and document Audio Certification Testing, System and component characterization. Understand test specs, write test procedures, collect data and perform statistical analysis. Define or develop test utilities if applicable to accomplish this testing or to assist with our test automation. Evaluate results from subjective and objective testing in different environments and scenarios to verify that audio has improved.
