At work, there are many people with different personalities, I have learned how to communicate with others and cultivated patience and affinity with people. I also learned how to get along with people and tolerate those who are different than myself. In the past, I was pretty introverted but since the nature of my work deals with a lot of people ­I began talking initiative in striking conversations and learned how to read the room. Sometimes I go to the Taichung City Love Home to help intellectual disability to do the hair cut. I love to help people because I have capability. Helping and serving others is the foundation of happiness.
