1. In charge of the relationship between the 3rd party vendor and client. The complaint cases from customers are 30% lower than before.

3. Write the BIOS feature SPEC for engineers and designers.

4. Monitor the BIOS and App issues and reduce the impact om the project.

5. Lead team members to accomplish the new project- MMDP (Muti-Model download package)

[Project Planner]

1. Initiate the competitor study (Dell, HP) regard to the BIOS Setup Menu. Discuss with RD leader to narrow down the features.

2. Release the Y2025 BIOS setup menu requirement to the OEM and ODM. Align the BIOS rule on AIO, DT, NB.

3.  In charge of the diagnostics features under UEFI, planing for Y2025.  

4. Integrate the BIOS rule of the LED Light indicator for commercial products which include the Notebook, All in One, and Desktop. 

5. Manage the AI Audio and Camera vendor and negotiate the contract details.

6. Planing part of the features of the new App-MyASUS for commercials, which includes the account management, dashboard, and notification.

7. Manage the ASUS Apps of the commercial BU, like ASUS Business Manager, MyAUS for Chromebook, SimPro Dock tool, and ASUS ExpertWidget. Conducting competitive analysis and planning the Y2025 new features.

1. 每個月發想與上架至少一項App 新功能
2. 開發App-Lif+ smart 3大新功能
(Trigger function, App Scan LAN, System Log) 
3. 撰寫SPEC供設計師與工程師開發 (共計38份)

2. 每月帶領Sustain PM發想至少4項提案

1. 負責公司內部借出與歸還
2. 負責公司出貨
