研究目的:The goal of this research is to determine whether each component of CSR has an effect on customer perception and bank reputation. As a result, the following research questions are as follows:
Are consumers satisfied with "the bank’s"overall CSR performance?
Would you choose to develop or deepen your business with "the bank" based on its CSR rating?
The findings of this study will offer the most critical and impactful characteristics of CSR, as well as CSR effect on customer’s point of view.
This study examines CSR among public perceptions, E.SUN Commercial Bank’s reputation and initiatives, customer satisfaction, and CommonWealth Magazine’s CSR ranking which is a reputable business magazine in Taiwan. In order to achieve this objective, this study employs multidimensional CSR measurements that are based on customer’s perception and potential customer recognition towards E.SUN Commercial Bank’s CSR report.
