本專案為中老年人之運動健康服務設計優化專案，我們對目標客群進行深度訪談、場域觀察與服務測試，並彙整為人物誌，此外，我們也對相關產業做了競品分析以獲得更多資訊，最後提出相關設計建議，包括介面設計及營銷策略。

This project is an optimization project for sports health services for elderly people. We conduct in-depth interviews, field observations, and service tests on target customers, and compile them into persona for more information. Finally give relevant design suggestions, including interface design and marketing strategies.

Netown Health Care Service Design

我們在一個半月內進行了兩階段的易用性測試和訪談，以優化新增扶養人和資料編修流程。 透過了解稅務知識，並與工程方反覆確認功能可行性，業主最終採納了我們提出的90%的設計建議。

We conducted 2-stage usability tests and interviews in one and a half months to optimize the process of adding supportors and data editing. Through understanding tax knowledge and repeatedly confirming the feasibility of the function with the engineering side, the owners finally adopted 90% of our proposed design suggestions.

UXR Long-term Intern

- Responsible for 3 B2B user research projects and Research Ops projects.

- In charge of LLM NLP projects, including boosting the related knowledge of the department's 50 members and conducting competitor research. Proposed 3 key business strategies, which were invited for presentation to the AI team for future application.

- Assisted in 3 interviews with CISOs from the U.S., clarifying key Threat Hunting user scenarios, and assisted in completing the integrated user journey consisting of all stakeholders.

- Held a data training course for PMs and Data Analysts with about 50 participants. Received positive feedback, especially from PMs, for fostering a data-centered mindset.

- Responsible for user research and project management.

- Directed research planning, managed a workshop with 20 participants, and conducted 8 interviews with 2 different stakeholders from 3 countries, including the U.S. and Japan.

- Clarified the research questions clearly, proposed, and prioritized 6 suggestions by severity and feasibility, which received numerous endorsements from stakeholders and became valuable suggestions for future improvement.
