A supply chain professional, Patrick Pristas prepared for his career by earning a bachelor's degree in biology from Ohio University. Following graduation, Patrick Pristas worked as an operations manager at Cintas in Atlanta, Georgia, for 6 years. In 2015, he took a position as an area manager at Wal-Mart. This required creating lean processes to enhance multiple areas of the facility. Among his accomplishments, he elevated several underperforming areas, and also developed a standard operating procedure to improve freight efficiency and safety.
In addition to his work at Wal-Mart, Patrick Pristas returned to school and studied business administration at the University of Arkansas. He graduated with a master of business administration in 2018.
In 2019, Mr. Pristas advanced to the role of logistics load manager at Wal-Mart. Drawing on the capability to leverage region-wide resources, he dispatches drivers and routes deliveries with the goal of cutting costs and meeting company objectives.
