Company reorganizes product teams on June. The payment & logistics flow team merges Malaysia team to a new group team, eCom. I take the responsibility of the payment & logistics flow team and assist team members to deliver further projects release. Our main aim are third-party payments, convenient store return goods service, loyalty points reward service currently.

I was in charge of payment and logistics flow / purchase promotion team leader on Dec. 2017. I and 5 RD members to establish payment and logistics service. My boss gave me a mission to create cross-border payment flow and purchase promotion that lift company’s performance.

I was empowered to a project lead on January this year. I lead 2-4 members to execute several projects such as Facebook Marketing Apis, Cash On Dlivery, and Automation Clean House (ACH). I have obtained successful achievements in these months. We made cooperation in-deepth with Facebook. We implemented theirs Apis to our system. Customers just only take 3 steps, they can operate advertising on Facebook by themselves. The best Return On Investment (ROI) I found is almost 8 percent.

91APP is a service provider to help the retailing build their own APPs, brand, RWD Webs, members. The department I serve is to develop and maintain of the back-end systems, including ERP and SMS systems. Because of the the company's business and product direction so often need to do cross-platform systems interfacing, such as APP (iOS and Android systems). I also need to cooperate with the customer's to provide WebAPIs and system integration. I also often carry out projects with F2E, UI, UX.

The primarily job I was responsible for the planning and coding the company's product such as ERP and CRM system. The objective of the framework is to develop an easier to use tools, provide product development programmer to develop and maintain quickly. Developers do not need to write SQL Script, front-end UI (WinForm or WebForm) or any of JavaScript. Programmers just need to be responsible for coding the business logic. Most of the program can be completed more than 80 percent of the work needs. It achieves rapid development to reduce the staff burden.

This time I cooperated with Stsandard Chartered Bank. I was responsible for building a platform of NT, currency, trust and e-loan system. There were also internal system, such as fund system and application management system.

The department I served focused on developing the financial and banking system of e-loan. The e-loan system covers many categories, such as credit, NCCC and loans. I was responsible for developing and maintaining the case in Far Eastern International Bank and Bank of Kaohsiung.

The company is contracted projects mainly. I'm responsible for custom software system. There were cases I did such as the 1st and 2nd terminal display system of Taoyuan International airport, RFID and POS systems. In addition to the development work, I had served the role of project manager, responsible for obtaining and analyzing the needs of the owners, planning, communication, development and testing.
