• Lead project teams and work closely with a global pharmaceutical company, Amgen, on market lunch of new products • Plan and manage all aspects of the project life cycle (design, engineering, tech transfer, validation, launch, scale-up) • Responsible for project deliverable, schedule, cost and quality as well as reporting directly to relevant stakeholders within the organization.

• Optimize supply chain planning of global pharmaceutical companies (e.g. Amgen, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche …etc.) • Direct supervise Customer Demand and Relationship members to fulfill customer needs and further to improve customer satisfaction • Support sales teams result in company sales growth by 44% in 2020, and 15% in 2021 • Facilitate SAP implementation (MTO, ETO, CMO projects) • Streamline order to cash process to improve work accuracy and efficiency

• Handle high volume orders and support order fulfillment and relevant analysis reports • Provide customer service promptly via email or phone calls • Coordinate with R&D team to support and feedback customer inquires • Monitor SAP OTC module and work with ERP team to solve problems
