I've got 5 years of enterprise running experience, starting off with my co-workers as a small start-up of a localised food retail store in Yunnan China, to a cross-border trading trading firm of groceries, and now a standardised food factory with its main business "OEMing" tailored pastries to a varieties of "internet-based iconic brands" and e-commerce platform. Through the 5 years spent at the start-up with my co-workers, "adaptation" and "efficient implementation" has been the highlights to be always keep in mind. Especially in China, where the economic progression has been so rapid, as a small start-up with limited resources, we have to adapt fast and swift enough, so not to be outdated within a blink of eyes. The importance of efficient implementation has been another important highlight for me. Innovation definitely plays a big role for a start-up firm. And it is crucial to narrow down the various ideas to the most feasible one, and put action into sound implementation. I've been an eager learner, and always will be. At age of 26, I would like to seek to join another groups of innovative friends and conquer the new technological era.
