Responsibilities:
⚫ To achieve the KPI which was top-down by global team
⚫ To dig out more business of global key accounts from EV (automotive) market
⚫ Optical adhesives (LOCA) promotion to the display/ panel customers
⚫ Distributors training, including sales skills; hands on and trouble shooting
Major Achievements:
⚫ The CAGR is over 30% between 2020 and 2022 and even beyond the KPI a lot
⚫ The thermal and optical sales revenue increased 35% and 40% within 2 years
⚫ To generate business opps from global key accounts, ex: Delta; Pegatron…etc
⚫ To spec in thermal and potting solutions to EV customers, such as Tesla, Rivian…etc

Responsibilities：
⚫ To Promote industrial adhesives, the portfolio covers the following categories
◼ Electronics specialty chemicals which incl. but not limited to gap pad/gap filler…etc
◼ Electronic thermal management materials
◼ ISO10993 medical adhesives to medical devices customers
◼ Industrial grade adhesive for sports goods and machineries
◼ Maintenance materials for petrochemical and power plants
⚫ Distributors management which incl. the sales activities, stock, materials demand planning, and KPI setting/ tracking
⚫ Key accounts management ( of direct sales biz )
⚫ Organize group sales activities which incl. but not limited to symposium, webinar, hands-on workshop
Major Achievements ：
⚫ Manage the biz of topline of 4MM Euro, grew 5.5% in 2019
⚫ Awarded top performer of Henkel Taiwan sales competition champion in 2016~2017
⚫ Awarded the silver winner of Henkel Application Case History ( ACH ) competition in 2017 and 2019
