I am responsible to build the financial reports for the purpose of internal/external audit and annual tax reporting. I'm as well responsible for daily tasks i.e : - Generating selling invoice for fresh fruit bunch including keeping the records for its payment - Bank reconciliation - Reviewing payment documents - Reviewing the records of estates's operational activities (checkroll, store, vehicle & equipment running) - Reviewing the records of head office's operational activities done by junior accounting staff - Do thorough review of the general ledger that will be shaped into the financial report - Preparing documents and records to be submitted to the auditors for auditing process, and if needed, for tax audits. - Perform the calculation for biological assets, cost to maturity, and the acquisition value for mature plants and its amortization.

- Entry daily, weekly, monthly transaction into accounting system (AR,AP,GL) - Ensure the accuracy of those transactions. - Bank reconciliation. - Keeping track of work-in-progress assets. - Preparing audit documents.

- Recording and entry daily, weekly, monthly transaction to accounting system, - Preparing documents and records for the purpose of bank loan application and tax audit. - Building financial report.

- Filing audit documents. - Doing interview with the questions prepared by senior auditor. - Manage petty cash for daily operational.
