This is an IT (Information Technology) company or a Software house which deals with the Social Media Marketing, Designing, Developing the projects, Custom Codes, etc. I serve there as a key member of the software development team as the lead QA tester on development projects. My responsibilities there included: • Perform manual Front-end testing of web-based applications • Tested many releases of the websites built with e-commerce features • Apply different techniques for the testing • Perform load and functional/performance testing on dozens of applications using both automated and manual testing methods. • Validate, verify, communicate and resolve software issues through careful, thoroughly documented testing • Utilized all types of business and technical requirements to create test documentation • Provide a positive role model, in terms of both work performance and attitude
