My job role is doing basic housekeeping during opening , answering phone call help customer to book an appointment slot and answer customer enquires. Key in data in excel and doing cashiering and settlement. As this is my first customer service job I have learnt what to say when there is a complain or when the phone ring what do I have to say.

This is my internship during my Nitec Retail & Service course. For morning shift I have to clean the display and selling shoe, doing cashier and stock replenishment and basic housekeeping during opening and closing. I have learnt the different of women and men shoe sizing

When working in the morning shift I had to check the donuts stock is correct and put it on the tray, making of beverages and promoting the promotion to customer and cashiering as for closing have to make sure that all trays and coffee machine are all clean and doing settlement. I have learn how to check the stock and working as a team so it will be faster

My job role is to sell sock and doing cashiering, checking if stock make sure it is all correct and doing settlement , basic housekeeping during opening and closing. As this is my first retail job and it is only me working through out the day I have to make sure that the display is correct.

This is my internship job from a course that I have sign up at Sunrice F&B course while waiting for my Nitec. For my job role is at the buffet place which I need to put the alignment of table set- up for different timing like breakfast, lunch and dinner and help customer to top - up their glass of water clearing and cleaning the tables after they are gone had to put in a new set of table alignment. I have learnt how to clear the plates and bowl in a short time and how to hold the plates and cups in a correct way.

Food Junction for my job role is making beverage, dessert and cutting fruits, doing cashier and settlement. As this is my first job I have learnt how does the POS system work and the different drink and dessert.
