• Building high standard of Network & security infrastructure for ICAP new DC with high availability and security needed. • Working as Project Manager Unit (PMU) for network & security part responsibilities for building new ICAP DC. • Supervising high/low level design, NIP and all other documents required for the network and security part . • Act as Subject Matter Expert in the design, pricing and procurement .

• Troubleshooting all the problems related to POPs escalated from technical support department. • Responding to alerts reported from the performance monitoring system. • Testing devices and reporting defective devices to be repaired.
