aaaaWith over 25 years of experience in Financial Services industry, I have had the opportunity to participate in all technology domains delivering a strong backbone to support business goals. My experience include Software Development, Application Management, Service management, Infrastructure, Finance management for technology supported by valuable people and relationship management skills. In the last several years I have focussed on designing and developing software for digital banking, mobile payments, E Commerce, Integrated payment solutions. I have had several opportunities to resurrect aging technologies, ineffective IT organization and implement effective and efficient teams and services. Experience in multi-national banks and regional banks with varying maturity levels have further enhanced my skills. Experience in a start-up bank which was two months old in a new domain of banking (Islamic Banking) was a challenge I enjoyed thoroughly. Working with a start-up Fintech helped me to design and build solutions in different environments. During my career I have developed valuable knowledge relating to Financial services and strongly believe in delivering technology services as a partner with business. My techno-functional skills help me to focus on enhancing the bottom line of the organization using technology. I am now searching for opportunities to work with an organization with interest to build sustainable solutions. My passion is to use technology to build value for all and achieve widespread benefits beyond normal commercial objectives
