Maintains general knowledge of site/location/equipment specific permits and compliance Installation and inspection of telecommunication system, PAGA system, flashing beacon, loud speaker, -telephone, sirens, CCTV Installs and maintains electrical equipment associated with power line distribution systems and -electrical safety code, applying technical skills, aptitude and technical leadership in the following areas: Electrical Switchgear, Instrumentation, Measurement, Motor Controls, Control Loops, Troubleshoots, operates, repairs and maintains all mechanical and electrical systems including both low and high voltage equipment and uninterruptable power supply systems; removes, repairs and reinstalls sensing elements for flow, temperature, pressure and level measurement Other duties as assigned are, testing, maintaining, calibrating and making repairs on all makes and types of pressure, temperature and other supervisory instruments, transmitters and similar control equipment. Installs, tests, and maintains transformers, regulators, circuit breakers, motors, batteries, disconnecting switches, instruments, relays, lighting system apparatus, and other similar electrical equipment. Execute and report Instrument and electrical ITR's Collect QCF (Quality Control Form) with Drawing attachment complete like single line, Lay out, termination wiring diagram, mounting detail, P&ID, datasheet & Etc. Line check of Instrument Device such as Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Differential Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Temperature Element, Gas Detector, Flame Retardant Review and check continuity activities, termination, measurement and functional -electrical and instrument equipment. Perform and coordination with Client for doing Final Inspection base on QCF as per-System and Sub-System. Witness the installation of instrumentation together with client to meet project mechanical completion and inspection of instrumentation device as per hook-up - drawing and P&ID. Mechanical completion and inspection of F&G system, point gas detector, open path -gas detector, triple IR gas detector, manual call point, fusible plug. Mechanical completion and inspection of telecommunication system, PAGA system, flashing beacon, loud speaker, telephone, sirens, CCTV. Mechanical completion and inspection of instrumentation system, corriolis mass flow, -analyzer transmitter, temperature, pressure, control valve, blow down valve, ESDV valve, flow element, flow orifice, air manifold, tubing leak test, fusible plug line. Witnessing calibration of flow, pressure, level and temperature instruments. Mechanical completion and inspection including functional test for ESDV & control valves. Mechanical completion and inspection installation including testing for fiber optic cable and communication cable (RJ45, RS232, CATS/6), execution of leak test, chemical cleaning and pneumatic testing as per project requirement.
