大二應徵舍監，經過三輪面試，在150位競爭者中脫穎而出，成為最後被錄取的20位，也因此鍛鍊出良好溝通能力，批判性思考能力，團隊合作能力精通，個性外向活潑，良好組織能力，精通英文聽說讀寫。

航空系畢業的我，在疫情的影響下，萌生轉換生涯跑道的念頭。父親整個職涯都在人力資源做教育訓練，阿姨則是在人力資源公司擔任高階主管多年，看著他們在人力資源這個領域發展順利，也使我對人力資源這一塊非常感興趣。對於任何其他產業也不排斥，只要我能發揮所長，我都能盡最大力地把工作做到最好。

我相信，不管是什麼產業，只要有公司願意給我一個機會栽培我，我會努力學習達到期望，甚至超越期望。

Develop curricula, instruct students in a classroom setting, conduct training flights, determine student proficiency, report on student progress and develop new teaching methods. They are responsible for training students in subjects such as aircraft systems, operating procedures, handling emergencies, problem analysis, aircraft navigation, radio operation and aerodynamics.
