Hi, I’m Alex. I like to communicate with people and am curious about anything, observe and think. My parents are both civil servants.I read books and exercise in my free time. I have liked to discuss some thoughts behind business activities with my father since I was little , so you can see how much I’m interested in business. After graduating from high school, I studied in the International Business department to learn knowledge, such as International trade and Marketing. I participated in many business activities in my freshman year, trying to find my career aspirations. In my college days, I loved to listen to some English songs and watch Netflix to integrate English into my life. And I also attended language exchange to improve my English speaking. I got an 835 score in the last TOIEC test; I joined many societies to develop my interest, such as Hip-hop Club,Mixology Club, and also have some part-time job experience such as sales, cooking, and the most impressive experience is being a manager at a wedding banquet, in charge of waiters management and serving process control. It makes me learn how to communicate and team up with my colleagues. In my senior year, I got the opportunity to get into the enterprise as an intern. The purpose of this position is increasing the main customer of the brand( the end of the marketing funnel). Directly to consumers by using a CRM system. Focus on customer experience(CX) and strategy pre-sales and complete the customer journey. By understanding the marketing funnel, nourishing potential customers and increasing the customer conversion rate and maintenance. Training customer insight and work with other departments, such as customer service, product management, marketing communications. This internship means a lot to me. It improves my communication skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability by facing customers from different places; and I learn a lot from working with other departments. In the future, I hope I can keep practicing my English and promoting professional skills.
