Worked as Part of the global production team London, Tokyo, Rio, Seoul and New York for Youtube
Music Awards Moscow
Showed ability to manage crisis, as I was called on site in Moscow from London three weeks before the event when it
became apparent current Project Managers weren't progressing at speed that was needed for such a scale of an event.
Within that short time I organised the on-screen talent, co-operated between New York, London and local production teams 18 cameras, rough edit in the gallery at the event, helped the director with managing visual artists, sound and technical crew, the celebrities' participation, dealt with budgets of the event and film production, developed and controlled the running orders and call sheets, oversaw the post-production and data transfer under extremely tight deadline pressure delivery deadline of the final cut of the film was 48 hours after the event with only 12 hours between rough and final versions reported to the Creative Director and the UK production team.
Co-Produced Space Barbie documentary
Showed ability to work independently and manage difficult intercultural communication
I researched, gained access, outsourced fixers and local cameramen, managed the sourcing and booking of contributors, set up and coordinated location filming between Ukraine and
Russia, managed release forms, managed archive materials and negotiated rights. Interviewed contributors, art-directed reconstruction scenes; translated, transcribed and subtitled interviews in
Final Cut. Space Barbie' currently has 15.5 million views on Vice UK YouTube channel.
