Worked as Part of the global production team London, Tokyo, Rio, Seoul and New York for Youtube Music Awards Moscow Showed ability to manage crisis, as I was called on site in Moscow from London three weeks before the event when it became apparent current Project Managers weren't progressing at speed that was needed for such a scale of an event. Within that short time I organised the on-screen talent, co-operated between New York, London and local production teams 18 cameras, rough edit in the gallery at the event, helped the director with managing visual artists, sound and technical crew, the celebrities' participation, dealt with budgets of the event and film production, developed and controlled the running orders and call sheets, oversaw the post-production and data transfer under extremely tight deadline pressure delivery deadline of the final cut of the film was 48 hours after the event with only 12 hours between rough and final versions reported to the Creative Director and the UK production team. Co-Produced Space Barbie documentary Showed ability to work independently and manage difficult intercultural communication I researched, gained access, outsourced fixers and local cameramen, managed the sourcing and booking of contributors, set up and coordinated location filming between Ukraine and Russia, managed release forms, managed archive materials and negotiated rights. Interviewed contributors, art-directed reconstruction scenes; translated, transcribed and subtitled interviews in Final Cut. Space Barbie' currently has 15.5 million views on Vice UK YouTube channel.

East2West is a Moscow-based news agency that produces stories in Russia and other ex-Soviet countries for western media as well as providing full support for foreign production companies working in Russia . Worked as a story researcher/fixer for documentary productions and was an on-screen translator . Art Director for 'Crimes that Shook the World - the Russian episode of series for the Discovery Channel - was responsible for the actors casting on reconstruction scenes, managing actors, prop artists, buying and hiring necessary props and equipment . Researched news and print stories including recce trips to Russian and former USSR regions . Developed ideas for new productions and print stories . Led independent investigations for news articles and films . Translated news articles, scripted, edited from Russian into English . Managed budgets . As well as working on dozens of stories commissioned by The Daily Mail, Daily Express and other UK national newspapers and film production companies in May 2009 I assisted a production team from BBC World Service radio's Europe Today' programme Paul Henley presenting with a special show covering Moscow's Eurovision song contest, helping with research, production and translation. Prior to that, I worked for various TV channels in Russia My experience includes and not limited to newsroom journalism, on-air presenting, scriptwriting for documentary series and editing on linear and non-linear editing equipment. I have always worked in a team environment and consistently demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills.
