My name is Amber, a graduate student majoring in Service Science and specialize in UX research and marketing. I have been working on the projects of Service Design, UX, and Marketing in the past few years. My diverse educational background, such as Business Administration, Service Science, and study-abroad experiences in Guangzhou not only widen up my vision but also frame my multi-perspective thinking.
