Support Telesales Officer (TSO) and monitor the quality of phone call such as recordings, handling objections and communication
Aware about every promo that company provide every month
Leads and guiding sales team about product knowledge
Provide motivation to representatives through individual contact, goal setting, set a meeting (weekly or monthly) or briefing (daily)
Make sure all TSO (sales) meet their target by monitoring, coaching and training them properly
Review every month for under-perform TSO and help them to grow
Help the operations team so that every customer will be handle according to SOP
Compile all information for the generation of monthly reports, including monthly and quarterly revenue tracking and forecasting.
