- Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction. - Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives. - Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials. - Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures. - Develop new procedures for recruiting e.g., application, onboarding processes and also improve the current practices - Supervise the recruiting department and reporting on performance. - Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget. - Maintain office facility and assets : liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, office renovation.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. - Renew the organization chart as required. - Manage the recruitment and selection process. - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Maintain pay plan and benefits program. - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Designs and develops compensation policies. - Advices top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees. - Administer all benefits provided to employees stated in prevailing Company Regulation i.e. Maternity, Glasses, Medical Check Up, and other benefits. - Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization. - Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives. - Develop problem identification and corrective action program. - Responsible for updated organization's structure Conduct job analysist. - Drafting job function, job description, and job qualification Analyze manpower fulfillment according to organization's structure. - Compile, create, and analyze concept implementation plans regarding competencies, grading, promotion, and career planning Responsible for employee engagement programs. - Drafting work plan budget and realization report.
